Little do they know this reploid is known other then Lightning Pegasus's disguise form, Black Jackal. The main purpose of this form was a joint effort between the Peacekeepers and Repliforce to assist in a undercover operation on a newly discovered cult controlled by mavericks that see Sigma as some kind of god.

their main goal is the extermination of humanity and reploids who defend them. As a result they assigned to Justin to find and take out the leaders. However, due to his reputation he would be easily discovered and the cult would either go into hiding or commit more extreme measures so he has had his nanites modified to give him a new form. Given a fake maverick record, Black Jackal was recruited by this cult as a spy and enforcer though they don't realize it is Justin slowly sneaking his way to take out their leaders and stop their plans.

This form was something that's been on my mind. Lightning Pegasus won't get this form until around after the events of Megaman X3 in my comic. hope you like this work.
