Raphael continued jogging on his reinforced treadmill, his protein shakes getting pumped into him via a jaw distorting feeding tube. Each stomp Raph took, his gut slapped his concaving knees and meaty thighs. Thighs that would rub together no matter how far he spread his legs. Raph's moobs were bigger than any pecs he'd ever had, Raph was so fat, but hidden under all this blubber was the strength of a bodybuilder. Even if this body needed 20k calories a day in order to feel sustained, Raph would happily gulp down more of his fattening concoction, especially if it meant more deceiving muscle under a thick layer of fat.
