"Gah!" Another heavy swat came down upon Wadi's behind. He'd been trying to bear the strikes silently at first, but eventually it became clear putting on a bit more of a performance was satisfying Foo better. The worst part was having been tied upside down for the entire paddling. He'd been hung right by the wheel. As they'd set sail, Captain Foo had been making a show of tanning his hide while his crew worked the sails.

"Now that gladiator ass is turnin' red." Foo gave Wadi's ass a firm pat with the wooden paddle. "And with us underway, I can give you my undivided attention."
