I can never usually guess the outcomes of Sheogorath's affliction on others... it's probably for the best as it's more entertaining not knowing what will happen to em. But even tho whenever I see a character introduces I be like "Yep they gonna get cursed somehow" and it's kne of the reasons I'm still hooked to this comic XD.

Because the weapons also change between the first three panels, I can't tell if the transformation was just slow, or Sheogorath (or his magic) couldn't quite decide what form to go with. Kinda like, 'Oh, I know, this!....No....maybe shorter and greener....Close but -ah, that's better.'

Well, yes, but no. Goblins are a part of the Goblins Creation Club item, so they're somewhere between modding and official DLC, having been made by 3rd party developers and mod authors, but also being considered official content by Bethesda.
So, strictly speaking, no, goblins are not default Skyrim. They are officially in Skyrim, though.

I agree, it's a whole extra aspect, an additional layer to this kinda setup! I love seeing it in others' work, too. Get to see both the internal and external bits, and the similarity/cursed difference between them.
(I know I'm really behind on this series and am super eager to get more pages added, they just take longer than OOPs pages and it's been hectic for a while : P)
