Redd Rooster's Bar n Grill - closing hours
After a long hard day's work, its time for closing hours, that means complete alllll the cleanup, tabulate alllll the profits of the day(cross-referencing that with all expenses and whathaveyou), double-checking inventory and making double-sure the boss logs anything of note that was damaged or destroyed for a hasty replacement or repairs.... fun huh?Well despite still being a customer service type job, with all its ups and downs... and downs... and downs... It's still an oddly nicer working setup than most other places of the restaurant industry... especially in some places. For starters, thanks to Redd, everyone on staff earns at least twice the minimum wage, and its a decent amount that some have quit their second jobs, tips have become a mere salary bonus. And under Redd's management, it surely makes its way to becoming among the best working environments in its field.

Like sure, it wont lessen the impact of having to deal with all sorts of people, and some are far from well behaved, and they tend to come in groups.But if trouble comes around, he won't stand for mistreatment of any of his staff, regardless of who the customers are, and after the conflict is inevitably settled, he will check up on you to see how you are doing.
If it appears to him you were deeply affected by what happened, he'll ask you to change back to your regular clothes while he gathers the stuff you brought for the day, he'll ask the senior staffmen to cover for both you and him, once changed he'll ask you to enter the passenger side of the car while he drives you home, but just to double-check on you expect a conversation to not only check on you, but to explain that you're a valued employee and friend, and he strives to create the best possible eating and working environment for all.
He'll also assure you that the rest of your day's pay will be unaffected, and he says he'll cover for you, tells you to not take what happened to heart (and he won't say no to a hug either)
