Jintho the Flourishing Fox
Here is a curious project you don’t often see with me. This is a Magic the Gathering inspired character done for SaintAbsol, based on a fox in a card called “Flourishing Fox”. It was fun taking such a unique design and try to make an anthro character out of!
Saint is a deep MtG enthusiast, so makes sense for him to add an actual character to his cast~
Done with mechanical pencil on white card stock paper and colored digitally in Photoshop CS6.

Oh my goodness. She is gorgeous. The pattern on her fur is breathtaking, the shape of her fur looks elegant, and her face is beautiful. I also like how she is on the less hyper side similar to Eclipsis’ own Nakotah the Cinccino. Major difference is Jintho Zir looks like she likes being at this size and ready to protect people from harm.
She looks super huggable. No I don’t care about the size difference, I’m doing it anyway. Excellent work on art Eclipsis.

Yay! Thanks so much! A lot of patterns were strongly based on the base reference which has a lot of wild patterns. I just better utilized them to accentuate the curves~ |3c
Understandable if you prefer the less hyper sort. >w> I'll still do it now and then, especially if I'm asked to do so by clients. >w> SaintAbsol didn't ask for anything in particular with this one, but he is a butt lover, so I made the chest smaller to emphasize the rear~
