The oppressive heat of summer had mellowed out into a crisp fall. Helen's favorite season! Sure, it was a little warmer than the ones back home. But she'd take what she could get!
Helen put on a big, puffy coat and walked to her job at Science Laboratories. A lovely walk that was made even better when she stopped at a cart selling hot chocolate on the way.
It was a good start to her morning.
