Mozdoc makes the mistake of entering a stable, devoid of all horses, but not a long standing curse that will ensure it doesn't remain empty for long.
No sooner than exploring the various stalls looking for anything of value left behind, his shoulders erupt with the growth of two more heads that are horse shaped, with his own head in between them changing to match the chosen breed of Clydesdale.
Wider shoulders tearing his shirt to accommodate the change in frame, his sides soon start budding four new arms. And brown horses fur. And hooves push out of his abdomen.

Recurrent was in attendance at Biggest Little Fur Con for two thousand twenty-three, and this was one of the cons where I just was striking out everywhere I looked for someone to commission. Recurrent excels at doing transformation sequences and arts, but she sure isn't cheap to do them especially if they span multiple pages so the best I could do was three, and gave her the idea of having me growing out to be a one thousand legged Centaurpede in a tight confined space with way too many horse bodies.
