Jesus Christ on a bagel.... Those scales really make this dude pop! I also love the horns and spines. I like how some of them look kinda roughed-up in places (don't know if that was intentional, but it's sweet either way!)

How much does a partial for this type of design go?

Depends how elabourate you want your scalework. Just fleece with a ton of horns like this would probably be $1100, but thats with huge stompy dragon feet, ridges on the eblows, crazy detailed hands, etc. Something simpler would obviously be cheaper.

That's just awesome. I love the scale work!!!! I have to say, I'm not a fursuiter, but seeing your lizards and such makes the idea vastly more appealing. XD Geez, that's just a gorgeous piece. I really want to touch and feel the texture of the scales!

latex is gonna be hit or miss, if you hit you've got the whole gambig, but if you miss you'll miss BIG. How competant are you with sewing skillz? I couldn't do latex. Can't do silk either. I suck at silk. I'm better off burning my wallet than buying and trying lol.

Haha, no big. I meant the hornlets and spikes anyways. I like the idea of using a plush for the base and then casting the hornlets and spikes in latex and maybe using latex paint for scales on the plush? I dunno. I'll have to play with it. :P

Your work is really so incredible! How do you get the fleece to always be so virtually seemless? I've never seen anyone work with it as well as you, I'd love to know any tips you have for the method!

Shit I couldnt' tell you, haha. It just kind of comes together for me, even though I don't pattern or anything(I use the drape method).
