With Christmas just around the corner, a brand new student has enrolled at Sapphire Wolf's school. Her name is Holly Deerbourne, and she moved to Los Angeles from up North. She's a reindeer who happens to be born on Christmas Eve, so Christmas is big for her.
Despite her holiday enthusiasm, Holly's pretty reserved, and keeps to herself at times. But she's willing to open up when she wants to, especially if they share similar interests as her. Oh, and she likes to read history books (especially those involving holidays, not just Christmas).

One day, Holly met Sapphire and her best friend Octavia, and she went over to introduce herself, hoping to make friends with them. Sapphire thought she was friendly, and showed her drawings she did of trains, and Octavia told her about her favorite movies and to not let her gothic appearance fool her, as she's not as gloomy as she looks. Holly was impressed by them, and told them about her love of the holidays, which interested the two of them. So, the three of them became good friends. However, once King Zero comes to Earth, Holly might end up joining their team as a Hunteranger as well.
