Albert also known as the superhero "Bearable" has taken the case of mobians going missing. He followed a trail that led him to an abandoned warehouse where the truth was revealed to him. The supervillain hypnotist Neon is responsible for turning all of the missing mobians into his foot slaves, and now he wanted add Bearable to his collection. Bearable tried his best to save them, but the odds aren't in his favor, and Neon wrapped him with his tail. Now unmasked, barefoot, getting tickled, and about to be hypnotize, will he ever escape his doom, or will he join the hive and be a foot slave as well?
