Fustibalus, quickly known as the "staff sling" is a weapon used since the Upper Palaeolithic, it's been used in the Roman and medieval periods. It's no wonder why Legions quickly adapted it, being easy to make and can kill NCR soldiers if direct hit on the heads. This sling can be very tiresome if frequently used. Fustibalus can accept almond-shaped lead bullets for unarmored enemies or hand grenades to get a little bit of edge against Salvaged Power Armored NCRs.
