Heheh, I think you are referring to Prince John from Robin Hood. Though these characters do look alot alike minus the mane. King Leonidas is more like a pirate with a voice sounding like it is coming out of a loudspeaker. Plus he has a roar that can create a typhoon and he is a force to be reckoned with.
