Changes to the Rambley may vary, and can even be an existing character/version! This will cost a fee, however, starting at +$10 and increase based on complexity. Changing a small thing like Rambley's bandana color will not cost a fee.
It can be any species as the blank (gray) part. The expression can be changed, however not on Rambley. The background color will remain unchanged unless specifically requested. If you have a question, do not hesitate to ask.

Hypnosis is allowed with no fee.
