Made a couple of doodles that fleshes out my villainous Roo her powers and how they work explanation down below.

Polaris power comes from her gem, she is able to make anything she make. She can shoot beams or projectile at her enemies and can create constructs but basic shapes. Polaris can make domes to protect herself or trap her enemies,she can make her guitar and smack them, or create body parts of her to make the victim more painful. The gem is overpowered but is weakened by Polaris, because the gem can make anything but requires the user to know what the item is to function correctly and Polaris isn’t the smartest user. Polaris has another weakness and that’s bright light, she will freeze up and then her constructs completely disappear due to her past trauma with her parents.
