I think I can call it? "Good" is subjective, of course, but looking at the improvement over just a few weeks, I don't think it's unwarranted here.

Despite the slightly disproportionate legs and some other points that I could improve on, I'm feeling prepared to move on from this project to another character. I might revisit Retsuko again in the future, but as of now, progress has plateaued enough that I'd like to try something new.
