Happy extremely late Halloween! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, this took way longer than it should have...
Cali is a type of ghost called a Somageist. They have much more ectoplasm than other types of spirits. This makes them very deeply tied to the physical world. I'll give a more in-depth description of them later in their own Species ref. All you need to know now is that they are capable of turning other spirits and even physical beings into Somageists via consumption.
It appears that Copper stumbled into an interesting situation here. His girlfriend Cali appears to have gobbled up Blizz. Copper is confused and inquires about what's going on..
