This special OC is for  poke5869, as a tribute to his cat that had passed away of the same name

Bio:
-was once a regular cat before he passed away and manifested as a poofy ghost kitty
-loves stuffing angry spirits into his massive poofy diaper butt, smooshing and wobbling them before diaper farting them out as peaceful pamp spirits
-unlike wanda who tends to walk on the ground like a normal person, Storm prefers floating around to get to places, mostly because his diaper is too big to waddle in, and feels a bit too lazy to walk.
-likes pranking others by possessing them and making them bwoomp up their diapers massive with diaper farts
-loves having his massive diaper smooshed and wobbled, mostly by wanda since she too is a poofy ghost

Story:
After his life had come to an end and he transitioned into the afterlife, Storm was quite perplexed and intrigued by his new form, especially with the massive diaper that manifested with him. Though he felt embarrassed by the massive diaper, he soon found it so be very comfortable, like wearing a massive pillow around his butt, as he explored the realm he found himself in. As he explored, Storm started recalling memories from his time being alive, missing his time snuggling up with his owners, one of whom was actually Darny. As he thought about him, Storm happened to run into death himself which caught him off guard, immediately being cautious. Death reassured Storm that he was no danger to him, and in fact can help Storm reunite with Darny, though this Darny is different from the human Darny he knew, which intrigued Storm as the ghost kitty happily accepted the offer.

After waking up in the world of this different Darny, Storm began his search, encountering a lot of pokemon wearing massive diapers which he found cute and silly. Eventually he bumped into Darny, though this Darny was very different from the one Storm knew, this Darny was a smol poofy eevee, adorable but still had the personality of the Darny he knew. Darny, upon seeing Storm, felt a sense of familiarity with the ghost kitty he couldn’t put his paw on, though it made more sense when Storm explained how he got here in the first place, and how he had been searching for him. After hearing Storm’s Story, Darny suggested that he join him and his family the ragtag rogues, mentioning Wanda who was a ghost pupper who came to this world under similar circumstances, to which Storm happily accepted, as Darny waddled home with Storm floating close behind him.
