Surcharge range for complex elements:
+$15-30 for simple designs
+$25-60 for complex designs
The surcharge range works individually for each type of addition!
Let's take an example:
a full lined artwork with: character with complex design ($60) + additional character ($90) + complex background with interior ($90)
the total would be: $135 (base) + $60 + $90 + $90 = $375
