Made some more progress. Got the wiring for the eye lights and nose fan sorted. Hid a rechargeable battery bank and wireless controller in the ears. Painted the teeth, redesigned the jaw hinges and added return springs. Next up is sand the inside a bit more to fit my fat head better and paint the eyes.
