Commission for Boulderexe
Eternea, a Floette that's obviously much bigger than a mountain, is testing her Fairy Wind on a city, causing chaos in the process. There are some legendaries trying to stop her, but their efforts are useless.
This is an extra commission work I took. Hopefully I may be able to open them very soon ;)
