Tapioca is a character which I have had in concept for quite some time. She is an attempt at making a sparkledog OC, mainly stemming from the idea of using atomic spectra (notably, emission lines from Helium) from those concepts.

Canonically she is friends with Astrid and Taffy. I think the current headcanon is that the three of them were roommates in undergrad. I'm just kinda throwing things at a wall and seeing what stick with these characters. Fuck it, we ball?
