This device is needed to inflate the cuffs. Remember, the cuffs aren't inflating with air. Air is compressible, and you could slip out of them with a little lube!
So I came up with this simple one-way open-ended hydraulic system to fill them, and fill them quickly. Not as quickly as shown, that probably wouldn't be possible with that small a hose diameter, but fast enough!
