Love this. You can tell he just gave into food and never figured out how to stop; it was easier to just sit on his widening butt all day and keep eating than deal with his dwindling, exhausting mobility and uncomfortably fat thighs. Muscles atrophied as the pounds piled on, and now there’s no going back. Morbid obesity at its finest.
