My nightwing fan character. Doctor, healer, botonist, herbalist, dabbles in potions. All in all loves plants. Hatched on a night with a bloodmoon so he mindreader and can project thoughts into other dragon minds. Is member of a group called the wings of mercy.

A mysterious group of dragons with members from all tribes that show up were ever dragons are suffering. Be it in times of war, or disaster. Were there is suffering, they just appear out of nowhere. They politically nuetral and take no sides. Seem to only care about helping elleviate the suffering of fellow dragons.

Whisper spent first half of dragonet years living with rainwings in rainforest village, after powers surfaced while in rainwing wingery parents thought they could handle it. But quickly found out they could not. Family took him to the pro nightwing nationialist encampent of renewel in the old nightwing kingdom in hopes of finding help. After parents seperated he spent last half of dragonet years in isolated nightwing mountain colony his mother leads after land grant for nightwing colony given by skywings for lower part of jade mountain range.

Ran away from village when he was six after joining mysterious group upon invitation. Reappeared during unknown sickness plagueing mudwing kingdom among lower class members of tribe in the diamond spray delta. The team he was part of helped the tribes sick but also discovered the source of sickness in water. river poisoned by heavy metals from skywing mine runoff in mountains into the diamond spray river that eventually ran off into the delta.

The skywing mine was closed and reperations paid for suffering and deaths. Whisper is not popular with skywing tribe for it as he is mostly credited with the discovery and report. But he respected by mudwings and he himself took a liking to tribe and culture. It has been said he nightwing of body, but mudwing in soul. It is even said he has mudwing lover that he met during the terrible affair. If true, it a testiment that the flower of love can bloom anywhere.

But his most challanging ordeal is yet to come with a drought. The worst in sandwing history plagueing the kingdom in terrible dust storms causing a respiratory sickness called the desert plague. A kingdom on water rationing. The coughing sickness running rampant. Civil unrest. Such was the beginning of localised conflicts that would later be called by historians as the sandwing water wars.


Facts few know about him unless in the know crowd.

Was sickly as dragonet as he product of accidental inbreeding due to nightwing population bottleneck. Reason why parents sepperated after discoverying.

Had, and still has a speech impediment of lisping with snaggletooth but has learned to control it unless stressed or excited. Has nickname whisper the lisper to childhood friends.

Prefers sleeping in hammock. Something he picked up from time living with rainwings.

In rainwing tribe he known as Agouti. Official rainwing name.

Holds rainwings in high regard and proud to still be considered a citizen of the tribe even after parents took him away from place of birth.

Eyes a mutation of inbreeding but also suspected blue eye could be because of icewing ancestor. Hard to keep track of family blood divergence after 2000 years.

Dislikes soldiers and skywings because of militaristic society. Sees them as tail dragging savages. Is pacifest and has no respect for dragons that dont respect life.

Secret animus that hides magic in his work as doctor/healer. Only uses magic in extreme hopeless patient cases.

Is polyamorous. Loves many, but will never love them like he loves his wife.
