This looks like it's coyotoy's head, somebody's PVC dragon body, a random rubber glove and perhaps the shorts from RubberZebra?

Yes, the head is Mojave's (Coyotoy)... The whole suit is RubberZebra... And random rubber gloves... I am impressed

Hehe well I forgot that was his dragon-type suit, but I recognized the blue and white rubber as being from his zebra costume.

Lol, the kneepads are in the pic, but for the MX boots you have to be cheating or looking at the other pic I put on my blog :-P
