This is Thora the Turtle!! Get to know her a little with an excerpt from her TH:
A young Extreme Gear mechanic currently residing in Aquatic Capital. A huge fan of Sonic and his friends, Thora began competing in the World Grand Prix following the events of the main story of Sonic Riders, and was delighted when the Prix brought her heroes into her home turf during the course of Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity. Here, she offered her expertise to Team Sonic, becoming acquainted with them preceding the fourth race by offering assistance in maintaining their Extreme Gear in preparation for the event. She then followed Sonic and his team throughout the rest of the Grand Prix, and is always offering them to visit again for a friendly race.
