So, last time I submitted a YCH template/offer, I made my own “template stand-in” character in the form of a robot monkey, so to speak — and I really like that robot monkey character. So much so that I decided to refine his design a lil’ bit. Give him a cute lil’ name, even: Yachiro. With the Y, C and H coming from… well, ”YCH”. Get it? Because Yachiro’s my YCH template character? Anyone…?

…… Ahem.

Anyways, I didn’t add nor change too much of Yachiro’s design since he debuted in the “Starter TF Hoop — Round 1” pic. Just replaced the bolts on his head with bulbs with the letters Y, C and H in them respectively (to make it visually more obvious that he’s a template character) and also leaned in a bit more with Yachiro being the “test dummy” of YCH scenarios by giving him a few crash test dummy symbols on his body~ Yes, I know his joints take more inspiration from those lil’ wooden art mannequins rather than crash test dummies, but… hey. I like ‘em too much, so they’re staying as is, hahah. x‘D

I really do like drawing Yachiro a lot, so I’m quite happy with having him as my own take of the YCH template character — even if he is a needlessly super-elaborate attempt for that sort of thing. I’ll try and finalize his design at some point, seeing as he’ll definitely be showing up more in my gallery from here on out, but when I’m not entirely sure. I do on plan on having an alternate version of Yachiro who is not a YCH test dummy, but… hmm, we’ll see.

In any case, hope you like Yachiro’s design as well and are just as excited to see more of him as I am. X3
