Back in the day, when my artistic identity was "Wolfie Winchester", I used to help a lot of newcomers to create their characters. I needed to practice, they needed an identity, so we killed two birds with one stone there.

This is Yuuki, a cat + snake hybrid I made, trying a different kind of "perspective" on the drawing, by observing those anime characters with 4-point perspective (fish eye lens) distortion. She was in doubt which animal to pick between the two, and I said "Are you aware you can pick both, right?" and she said " =O REALLY???" and this is how this design came to be.

I am aware that this is Yuuki's design, but I really enjoy the concept, so I might make a character, like an adopt or something inspired on her.
