I think you might have misinterpreted what Swift was talking about earlier. Yes, he does general edits on the photos that were taken, but he's not photoshopping a bigger dick on Jim. Jim serves the purpose of most models, he has the body (and dick) to sell the clothes he's wearing, selling the fantasy so customers feel they'll become him if they wear those clothes, even though they don't have the goods he has to fill them out. If he didn't have the body or dick to sell that fantasy, he wouldn't be a model.
My shot-in-the-dark guess: Jim is a total alpha who (while in character) bases a man's self worth on dick size. Ergo, he'll act all "alpha" to everyone else, but the moment he sees somebody with an even bigger dick than him, he'll turn into a complete omega slut, cuz he ain't a hypocrite.
Poison dart frogs get their toxicity from the insects they eat, like ants. But also, I usually think of these characters like the cast of Rocko's Modern Life or Regular Show, where if you replaced them all with humans it wouldn't change much. If Cybin's touch was lethal to everyone around him it would really overcomplicate things.
