The destroyed dune buggy back in 2077 has been salvaged, lubricated and reconstructed into a drivable buggy capable of reaching up to 140 MPH (225 KPH), which is fast enough to outrun Cazadores, Super Mutants and Deathclaws. It has 2-level stick shifts, fortunately, no clutch is required to change gears. It can only fit two people (one driver, one passenger), and both have seatbelts so safely first! These buggies have been used to help NCR cover areas and scout for other Legion's hidden camps across the Mojave Desert. Fueled with biodiesel so buggies would be used anytime. This has been used for off-road racing or rallying, which is no wonder why Mojave residents have complained about loud noises at night. Wearing helmets or goggles is highly recommended because airflow makes driving blurry thanks to the lack of aero shield. Only 80 buggies were made so don't expect to see this awesome vehicle roaming the desert anytime soon.
