Yes, but not as severe as you'd expect! The Moonlight glyph is a bit of a misnomer, it functions at night regardless of whether or not the moon is in the sky. As for Solar Eclipses, they only last about like, 5 minutes, if that, hardly long enough for the Lapi to do anything substantial.
