So, my original animatic for this piece had character Obab Scribbler mistakenly as a unicorn. Which as a fan ofher work i should have realized she's an earth pony OC. To remedy this I looked into the lore of the MLP FIM world and added the Alicorn Amulet to reason the horn and added wings. I could however imagine that if her character did get her hooves on this artifact, she would use it to make a darn lovely cup of tea.
