Upper arms looks too long. Fore Arm are about equal to a one and a half length of the head (using a human head, forehead to chin is the length reference.) Unless you're the green giant or Yao Ming! LOL!! Your pic looks like it uses two head length for the upper arms..

Keep in mind when drawing a character, (compared to human proportion) from top of head to the soles of it's feet; It'll equal close to a even number of it's head lengths, unless the character is abnormally tall or short (midget or very young child). Click here for a reference

Also another way to get an idea is to put your arms out to your sides hands open and flat so your fingers point away form your body. From Finger tip to finger tip it is very close to your height.
