Prince Nightshade is the son of Princess Celestia and Mirror Universe!King Sombra. Since he was born in the Mirror Universe version of Canterlot. He is ineligible for the throne in Canon Canterlot. Because of this, he hates his step sister Princess Prisma since she gets to run a kingdom and he can’t. He is in the running for the throne in the mirror Universe version of Canterlot.
