He wanted me to return my old fashioned dragon OC's Victor and Mandel on a parade, they have on shako hats, Victor is performing a drum roll on his snare drum as Mandel is readying his cymbals.
I'm still not open for Commissions at the moment but I will plan to re-open it sometime this month, just in time for the Christmas Holidays.

Thank you so much for doing this, Avi! Great to see those two finally make a grand return after all these years. I sincerely missed them a lot.
Victor and Mandel's snare drum and crash cymbal performances is one of the few things I like about them. And quite frankly, I'd love to see him appear more frequently, since they are two of my top 10 favorite characters you made.
