well im undecided on that im doing with the horns as of yet but she is having a solid fake leather beak (not sure is i spelt that right) and then she is having dark red scails all individualy mate for the spot that there going on, and she is having braids for hair :D

Its looking good! Very imposing, I love all the smaller horn detail, really gives it more depth

im thinking of adding more horns to her so she has a sort of tiara/crown of horns :D

and i realy am having trubble drawing her how i want, anyone know how to trad dragons for a ref sheet for me would be so indebted to me and id love them so much :D
