yeah I know it's not anthro, but oh well. lol

um...I did this cause I wanted to do a lil Jubilee fanart. But after finishing in oekaki I didn't want to color it because I haven't gotten a grasp on shading around the sparks and how it would shine light on her...not to mention it would have sucked with cell shading.

So if anybody want to color it go ahead!
