*Fwudge*
Smiling in-spite of himself, the sound of snow always did bring a funny sort of smile about his face.
The sky was indeed a sight to behold this night.
The cold didn't bother him, not in his thicker winter covering (though it did tingle under bare paw-pads when first stepping outside!) there is always a sense of some inexplicable magic that shimmers down from the sky above with each tiny flake.
Almost as if fragments of the glittering stars above are casting down delicate stories of their home so many billions of miles away.
Such a vast and bold canvas on which the craft of an eternity was spread out before him to observe, wonder and dream. For it is in this moment that one reflects on how small we seem, yet are no-less apart of something much larger.
Spiraling through the cosmos on our star-built vessel, Earth, and most of the time oblivious to the infinite reaches of other worlds and the treasures they may hold.
Perhaps every star shining is the distant dream of another also caught in a moment looking outward upon this rich canvas too.
