Commentary:
Just a reminder, bird don't speak with lips and a larynx, instead they make different sounds with a syrinx. This makes Margrethe unable to tell what any birds are saying because their beaks don't move differently enough to distinguish what sounds they're making. This also applies to Batuu, as his mouth technically doesn't even need to move for him to speak.

Been a bit since I've had Batuu break the fourth wall. This specific type of interaction is only possible because of that. Initially panel 3's background was going to be blank, but then I realized that it's almost like a news report, so I put in a symbol for the current weather and time next to him. Also thank you Batuu for making this page extremely easy to draw.
