Original description: A fanart I did for HeliumPanda a few weeks back. But I thought I'd show it to you guys as well.
And yes, she's stuck like that before you ask.
This is actually the ONLY Sonic related image that I've ever done that is NOT a request, aside from the Soneek Was Everywhere drawing that I did and a Virgin Sonic Vs Chad Jet Set Radio Future meme that I made back in 2021, so it's one of the only three Sonic things I did that weren't requests.
Something about the way HeliumPanda draws just made me so inspired to draw his version of Rouge so much! I just couldn't miss out on archiving this one, and to HeliumPanda, I thank you for giving me the inspiration so much so that I drew this fan art of a character I would otherwise avoid. You're that good, you're that good.
