I drew this back during the summer, around the time we lost a legend: Rachael Lillis. Best known for being the OG voice of Misty in the pokemon anime (And personally my favorite character)
Her death hit me hard, and it's so sad she went out the way she did (F you cancer!) but her legacy will never be forgotten.
