Just more on the animalistic side than the human side, and generally speaking, most animals only have swollen mammaries when actually having young, and then receding again. Domestic cattle only have grotesquely huge udders due to selective breeding by man. Wild variants tend to follow the other trend. If Kaz ever got preggers, she'd develop the "feminine" chest, and once the child was old enough to be weaned, they'd go away again.

Ah, I see. It's a good choice for an anthro character, it's quite some changes from what we usually see.
