This is the result of porting a forgotten videgame villain into the Sonic series. (His feet are still a bit big, looking a little screwed up when walking) He's not REALLY a fancharacter though. He only "appears" in Mobius Reborn. His name is Sky Captain and he is an AI controlled fighting jet. A combination of smarts and firepower. He can build tanks and hoverjets in his base, remotely and he pretty much wants to take over the world. He was a former police jet, but after gaining everyones trust he went bezerk. Why THIS is a mobian when Sky Captain is a jet? This is a symbolized version of him he uses to communicate and interact with things. This is just a hologram. As you can see he's still naked. He needs an outfit that fits. His jet-form is also in progress.
Why I simply stole a villain for a game and ported him? Nobody knows the game - so nobody knows Sky Captain. I think it's okay to "take" him because he's badass. He used to scare the living shit out of me. He's more evil than any villains today combined.
