I learned long ago not to worry about the curious glances I get when I'm deep breathing and stretching my calves during a run ha! One time, a nice lady approached me and asked:
LADY: "Are you all right? You're having a spell, aren't you?"
ME: "Oh no, I'm good -- just having a stretch"
LADY: " Oh, that's nice"
I don't think she even knew what 'having a stretch' meant...
