A doberman character that's really into Pokémon and goes cosplaying as a houndour.
So much so that when not cosplaying as a houndour, she wears a shirt that has patches on it to resemble the bones they have across the back.
She also wears two grey bracelets meant to resemble the ones they have on their limbs. (the straps on her shoes are also meant to be them as well)

When cosplaying, She goes by the name "Pyroni
(Combination for pyrotechnic and her name: Roni)
She designed the shirt out of boredom and leftover scraps from her cosplaying outfit.
