Behold I have an otter now this is marta owner of the repair and refit docks in the junk heap series. Meaning she is selly and rastedas boss. She has a fierce exterior and a resting rage face but when she isn't working she loves to just relax and drink some tea. Though most people know her as the lady who spear fishes for dire shrimp ( think mantis shrimp the size of a grizzly bear) and then carries them back home on her shoulder. She has a human friend she is bonded to but no one else really though she is very attached to rasty and selky and she treats them as her surrogate nieces.
