I'm so happy I finally get to make this drawing public! Working on this was a lot of fun. I'd drawn my wolf form previously, but this is the first drawing I've done of my wolf form with this amount of effort.
I like doing self portraits like this. Not for any narcissistic reasons, it's just always an exercise in self confidence for me, a trait I usually lack. Not only that, but it feels very good drawing myself in a form I'm comfortable with. After 14 years of avoiding it because it's so common with furries, I've finally given in and accepted that more than any of the dozens of fursonas that have come and gone over the years, I feel most like myself as a wolf. I'd gone by the term "alterhuman" for a while, but I now consider myself a wolf therian. When I'm happy, I'm a wolf. When I'm crying, I'm a wolf. When I have sex, I'm a wolf. When I'm hunched over a toilet puking my guts out, I'm a wolf. Every waking and unwaking moment of my life, I'm a wolf. <3
Yes I own that visor irl. I'm happy I got to include it in this drawing because I just have this weird special interest in visors, lol.
