Reminds me of an episode of The Critic titled "Sherman of Arabia" where a helicopter tried to airlift Jay out of a prison camp with a harness and struggles to get aloft.
Pilot (over a loudspeaker): "I don't understand. This thing's supposed to be able to lift a tank."
Jay: "Could you talk a little louder? I think some people in Jordan didn't hear you."
Distant voice: "Yes we did."
