this is Jolly, the Spewpa & Joltik fusion!

she was made in february this year, but i only completed her reference sheet a few months ago

always had huge troubles deciding on a pokesona, with prior considerations being really different from Jolly (like Alolan Raichu or Hisuian Typhlosion)...it took years until i felt like i got what i wanted with the creation of this little bug!
